We supply energy saving at plastic injection machines with Thermax insulation jackets that are produced in Turkey with using high heat resistant materials. With the Thermax insulation jacket that applied on plastic injection machines cartridge resistances, the heat losses are minimized and the used energy per product is reduced. 

WORK SAFETY

Before the insulation applied, the cartridge temperature is known as 200 C average that has a risk in terms of personnel work security. After Thermax insulation applied , with the cartridge temperature is decreased to 30-40 ºC it is observed that the personnel working risk is kept far away. When air temperature has increased, the performance of personnel working will be decreased because of heat of the cartridge, after the thermax application this implementation of the incident will be removed.
